Travel document details (to the extent necessary)

3.1. Performance of a contract: We need your data to process your booking and provide services.

3.2. Compliance with legal obligations: Accounting and tax regulations, and reporting the stays of foreign nationals.

3.3. Legitimate interest: Direct marketing (sending newsletters to customers) and protecting our legal claims.

3.4. Consent: Where you consent to receiving marketing communications without being one of our customers.

4. Data retention period

We retain data for as long as necessary to perform the contract and meet statutory retention periods (usually 10 years for accounting documents).

We share your data only with parties necessary for the provision of services:

IT and cloud service providers

Newsletter

The controller is Caribiq s.r.o., company ID 24407291, Roháčova 145/14, 130 00 Prague. We process newsletter data with your consent for up to 24 months after confirmation. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within 30 days; minimal evidence is kept for 30 days after termination. Unsubscribing stops marketing and related profiling for the entire address.
