General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Caribiq s.r.o., company registration number: 24407291, with its registered office at Roháčova 145/14, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 440683, data box ID: cpui53w (the “Provider”), and the customer (the “Customer”) in the provision of accommodation and related tourism services.

1. Introductory provisions

1.1. The Provider operates the caribiq.cz website, through which it offers accommodation and additional services in the Caribbean region.

1.2. These Terms form an integral part of every contract concluded between the Provider and the Customer.

2. Orders and conclusion of the contract

2.1. The Customer makes a booking using the online form on the Provider’s website.

2.2. A contractual relationship is established when the Provider confirms the booking and the Customer pays the deposit or the full price of the services.

2.3. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.

3. Prices and payment terms

3.1. Service prices are listed on the Provider’s website. The Provider reserves the right to change prices in the event of a system error.

3.2. Payment methods include bank transfer and online card payment.

3.3. A booking becomes binding only once payment has been credited to the Provider’s account.

4. Withdrawal from the contract and cancellation terms

4.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract under the conditions set by the specific accommodation provider, as stated in each offer.

4.2. Cancellation fees vary according to how far in advance the contract is cancelled.

4.3. Notice of withdrawal must be sent in writing (by email) to the Provider’s address.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1. The Provider must ensure that services are provided to the agreed extent and standard.

5.2. The Customer must comply with the accommodation establishment’s house rules and hold valid travel documents.

6. Personal data protection

6.1. Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the separate document “Privacy policy”.

7. Final provisions

7.1. These Terms are valid and effective from 23 June 2026.

7.2. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
