Delivery and payment terms

1. Payment terms
1.1. All prices listed on the website are final. You can pay for the services you order using the following methods:
- Online card payment: A fast and secure payment method through a payment gateway. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- Bank transfer: You will receive payment instructions based on your confirmed order. Services will be confirmed once payment has been credited to our account.
1.2. A deposit may be required in advance for selected offers, with the remaining balance due on the date stated in the booking confirmation.
2. Delivery terms
2.1. Due to the nature of our services (accommodation and experiences), “delivery” takes place electronically.
2.2. Once your booking and payment are successful, you will receive the following by email:
- Booking confirmation (voucher)
- Detailed accommodation and arrival instructions
- Contact details for local representatives (if included in the package)
2.3. All documents are sent in PDF format.
3. Delivery times
3.1. You will receive an acknowledgement of your order immediately after submitting it.
3.2. We usually send the final booking confirmation and voucher within 24 hours of payment being credited to our account, subject to confirmation from the local accommodation provider.
